Overview

Aerodry was established on 19 May 1998 and supplies auxiliary equipment and systems to plastic processors. The range includes drying, conveying, dosing, blending, heating and cooling, compounding and recycling equipment, automation, extrusion process control and supervisory systems. Equipment is offered both as standalone units and as centralized or turnkey systems.

The company is headquartered in Noida, where it runs its manufacturing plant on about 100,000 sq ft of floor area. Its history includes a joint venture with Ferlin Plastic Automation BV of the Netherlands and past collaborations with DE.GA. S.p.A. (Italy), Harmo Company Limited (Japan) and Bolder Automation GmbH (Germany). Ferlin's Gravimix gravimetric dosing and mixing system is made available in India through Aerodry.

Aerodry states that it is ISO 9001 certified and that its products are CE marked and exported worldwide. It lists applications in injection moulding, blow moulding, PET, extrusion, compounding and recycling. Support services include spare parts, installation and maintenance.
