Overview

Arvind Corrotech Ltd is a turnkey project engineering company serving the hot dip galvanizing industry and other surface coating industries, including electroplating, anodizing and powder coating. It supplies complete galvanizing plants, from small spare parts and process equipment to plant design, automation, consulting, training and process optimisation.

The company's plant in Ahmedabad covers 10,000 square metres. It is divided into design, production, R&D, quality control and testing areas. Design work uses RITA (for PP tank design), SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Pro E, and the plant has CNC machines for polypropylene tank manufacturing.

For wire and cable producers, it offers process tanks for wire galvanizing, including tanks for coil batch and inline wire pickling, and fumeless pickling tanks for inline use. Its client list includes wire, cable, tube and transmission-structure companies.
