Overview

B.N. Hi-Tech Machines (P) Ltd. was established in April 1995 and is based in Panchkula, Haryana. It designs and builds special purpose machines to customer requirements. These include custom automatic assembly lines, testing benches, calibration units and testing machines for the electrical, automotive, medical and beverage industries.

The company is a distributor and authorised Siemens system house. It also lists itself as a system integrator for Keyence (from 2021) and Festo (from 2022). Its automation work covers PLCs, HMIs, drives and SCADA, with machine vision from Cognex.

It runs two plants in Panchkula. Plant 1 is a 9,000 sq ft building for design, assembly, electrical and programming work, testing and machine qualification. Plant 2 is a 10,000 sq ft building for manufacturing. Parts are made in-house on lathe, milling, drilling, fabrication and welding facilities. The company also offers industrial training for corporate and student groups.
