Bahubali Group (BEPL) was incorporated in 1992 and has offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Ajmer. Its manufacturing plant is in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The company makes automatic and semi-automatic blowing machines for PET and PP, preform injection moulds and blow moulds, and PET and PP preforms, bottles and containers for household and packaging use. The group also has interests in hospitality, land development and finance.
The Ajmer plant makes preforms, bottles and containers from 30 ml to 20 litres, with neck sizes from 19 mm to 120 mm. Stated capacity is 600 tons per month. Production runs under hygienic conditions, and the plant uses Ferromatik Milacron injection moulding machines. Quality checks cover weight, wall thickness, IV level, clarity and load-bearing capacity, and there is an in-house blowing unit for testing preforms.
A separate tool room with VMC, CNC and grinding machines makes the preform injection moulds and blow moulds. The company also sells household bottles and jars under the GOOD TIMES brand and a composite pack of a PET jar with a tin top. It reports a workforce of around 250.
