Bans Group says it was established in 1983. It manufactures, exports and supplies silicone and allied products, anti-friction preparations, industrial maintenance aerosols, and perfumed and consumer aerosol products. The aerosol business is run as Bans Aerosol Pvt. Ltd.

For plastics and rubber processors, the range includes silicone spray and silicone-free spray used as mould release agents. It also includes mould and die protector, metal degreasing spray for moulds, and silicone emulsions.

Bans International, a group entity, lists sprayers and pumps, fine mist and trigger sprayers, PET bottles, acrylic cream jars, caps, preforms and pharma packaging. The group also lists aerosol filling machines, valves and actuators, and aerosol containers. It reports two manufacturing units with an installed capacity of 500,000 units, an R&D laboratory and a quality control team.
