Its manufacturing facilities are at Surat and Thane in India and at Peterborough in Canada. Machine tools and air engineering are made at Surat. Its subsidiaries and group companies include Quickmill Inc., Penta Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Spartan Electricals.

In machine tools it has two product groups. The first is its own manufactured range of CNC turning centres (Sprint series), vertical turret lathes (VTL) and CNC vertical machining centres (Chetak series). The second is an agency range covering metal cutting, metal forming and industrial equipment such as forging presses.
