Overview

EDGE Automation began in 2012 by manufacturing pneumatic special purpose machines (SPMs) and trading pneumatics and automatic lubrication systems. It serves OEM and end-user customers and reports a high share of repeat orders.

It has supplied more than 50 special purpose machines. These combine operations such as pick & place automation, pneumatic power presses, process valve automation, pneumatic fixtures and pneumatic panels, using gantry systems and robot arms.

The range also covers automatic lubrication systems, maintenance welding rods, pressure gauges, flow and temperature instruments, electrical and mechanical maintenance products, fittings and tubing for machine tools, process industries, power plants, plastics and automobile applications. The company supplies sheet-metal components to the two-wheeler aftermarket and has set up a sheet-metal processing line for the four-wheeler sector.

It states that it operates a quality management system under ISO 9001:2015.
