It became an LLP in 2021 with new partners. The company supplies press-parts manufacturing lines: presses, automation, dies and auxiliary machines. It also supplies metal-cutting machines, mainly imported, and has delivered turnkey projects for precision sheet-metal parts such as LED parts, junction boxes, AC parts, electrical parts, wire terminals and motor stampings.

Its metal-forming range covers power, high-speed, hydraulic, forging and servo presses, CNC press brakes, roll-forming machines, laser and waterjet cutting, servo feeders, de-coilers and straighteners, and press automation. Its metal-cutting range covers 5-axis gantry machines, floor boring and milling machines, double-column machining centres, vertical turning centres, horizontal lathes, HMCs, VMCs, deep-hole drilling machines and grinders. Since 2021 it has manufactured press accessories and automation in Pune.

Activities include sales of new imported machines, erection and commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service, AMC and reconditioning of machines, turnkey solutions and component prove-out, and chartered engineering services. The company sells to private and government buyers and says it is experienced in government tender compliance. It lists 11 to 25 employees.
