Jhalani Forge Group is made up of companies and units that were once marketing companies and suppliers to Jhalani Tools (India) Ltd. It describes itself as one of the largest suppliers of tool kits from India to manufacturers in Europe, Mexico and South Africa. It supplies Tier 1 suppliers who in turn serve automobile manufacturers worldwide.

The group says it is the only manufacturer in India able to forge wheel spanners from ERW tube. Stated capacity is over 200,000 wheel spanners a month for cars and over 20,000 a month for heavy vehicles. It can also supply other tool-kit items such as screwdrivers, spanners, jack rods, pliers and pipe wrenches.

Besides manufacturing, the group trades in engineering items from over 200 suppliers. Goods are consolidated for inspection and packing at a central warehouse in Faridabad, Haryana. The company states that it is ISO 9001-2015 certified, tests all products to customer needs, works at a 50 PPM rejection rate and has in-house testing facilities.
