Overview

Kirpekar Engineering Pvt. Ltd. began operating in December 1996. It designs and manufactures welding machines and machinery for transformer radiator production. The head office and works are at Chakan MIDC, near Pune.

The range covers table-mounted and pedestal spot welding machines, projection welding machines and seam welding machines. It also covers special-purpose welding set-ups for automotive, electrical, EV, home-appliance and general engineering parts. Customised SPMs and automation systems are built for sectors such as circuit breakers (MCB/RCCB/MCCB), fuel tanks and similar assemblies.

For transformer makers it supplies turnkey lines for radiator fabrication and corrugated fin fabrication. These lines include roll forming, tacking and multispot welding, seam welding, trimming and notching machines. The company reports exports and Indian sales and service support.
