Overview

Lianco Technologies reports more than 20 years of experience in the automatic finishing of cast iron, steel and light-alloy castings. Its aim is to help foundries worldwide increase and optimise production, improve product quality, reduce production cost and protect operator safety.

The product range has three lines: CNC grinding centres, robotic grinding cells and turnkey finishing solutions. Turnkey systems cover the whole casting-finishing process. Automation can be tailored to the customer, for example automatic loading, automatic part recognition, automatic changeover and integration with the customer's management system.

Support covers feasibility study and complete design, installation, training, after-sales service, spare parts and continuing optimisation of supplied systems. The site lists a registered office in London (Lianco Technologies Ltd) and an Italian company, Lianco Italy Srl, in Borgoricco (Padua).
