Lung Meng Machinery Co., Ltd. is a plastic converting machinery maker based in Tainan City, Taiwan. Founded in 1976, it is also known as Dragon Plastic Machinery. The company began with plastic bag converting machines and has since added blown film extrusion, flexographic printing, bag making and recycling equipment.

In 1983 the company introduced what it calls the All In Line System, which links blown film extrusion, printing and bag making in one automated line. Its current range covers blown film lines from mono-layer to 7-layer, flexographic and central impression printing machines, bag-making and bag-on-roll converting systems, and plastic recycling and shredding machines.

The company says its machines serve food packaging, shopping bags, industrial bags and recycling. It lists a headquarters in Tainan and a Taipei office, and states that it exports to more than 150 countries.
