MAESTROTECH designs and builds turnkey assembly line automation for customised battery packs and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Its other lines include EV product assembly equipment, testing machines, special purpose machines and material handling equipment. It manages each project from concept and design through manufacturing, testing, installation and commissioning.
The company serves energy storage, automotive, aerospace and defence, and EV battery manufacturers. It has an in-house R&D team and its own production facilities. Its systems are designed to be modular and to adapt to new battery pack and module variants.
Maestrotech LLP was set up in Singapore in 2013, and Maestrotech Systems began operating in India in 2014. The corporate office is in Pune. The plant is at Chakan MIDC, Bhamboli, near Pune. The company lists 10+ countries served, 35+ complete assembly line systems and 300+ pieces of equipment delivered.
