Overview

Millice began in 1979 as a semiconductor service company and now describes itself as a full-service distribution company. Its solutions cover semiconductor, semiconductor fabs, PCBA electronics, and test and inspection.

The company covers semiconductor fabs, raw ingot production, back-end semiconductor assembly, PCBA, metrology, solar/photovoltaics and failure analysis tools. It works with supply partners and principals, and the product range is organised by those principals.

Millice has offices in Singapore, Malaysia (Penang), Thailand, China (Shenzhen) and Japan (Yokohama). Support for machine service, maintenance and parts quotations is handled by email.
