Overview

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation opened its first liaison office in New Delhi in 1958. Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2010 and offers products and solutions for air conditioners, factory automation and industrial systems, semiconductors and devices, transportation systems, and visual and imaging.

The company describes a network of 24 sales offices across India, along with technical offices, an R&D centre in Pune and manufacturing facilities for factory automation (Pune area) and CNC (Bengaluru). The head office is in Gurugram, Haryana.

The factory automation range covers programmable controllers (MELSEC), CNCs, AC servos (MELSERVO), inverters (FREQROL), geared motors, HMIs, industrial robots (MELFA), collaborative robots (ASSISTA), FA sensors, and low-voltage power distribution products. It also promotes the e-F@ctory smart factory concept.
