Overview

National Pneumatic Systems was established in 2006 at Vasai, Maharashtra. It manufactures and supplies pneumatic products, mainly hydro-pneumatic presses and hydro-pneumatic cylinders. It also makes hydro-pneumatic cylinders and systems for PET and HD blow-moulding machines.

The press range includes C-frame, 2-pillar and 4-pillar presses with capacities of 2 to 30 tonnes in the standard table. The presses run on normal compressed air at about 5 bar and need no separate hydraulic power pack. They are used for crimping, riveting, straightening, bending, coining, marking, blanking, punching and shearing.

Other lines include blister and foam cutting machines, trimming and stamping presses, riveting and bearing press machines, shaft straightening presses, pneumatic valves, sealing cylinders and high-pressure regulators. The company also builds special-purpose machines and custom machines to OEM requirements.
