Overview

Onmeas Ltd. is a manufacturer of test instruments in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. It describes more than twenty years of work in new-energy testing, environmental temperature testing, passive-component testing and appliance safety compliance testing.

Its instruments are used for incoming inspection and production-line sorting of passive components, for lithium battery cell and pack testing, for harness and connector testing, and for insulation and withstand-voltage testing of capacitors and wafers.

The company says it runs its own SMT assembly lines, a standardized production line, in-house calibration against standard instruments, and a repair and after-sales team. From September 2026 it trades under the ONMEAS brand. APPLENT is described as a former trademark that is no longer in use.
