Overview

Pelican Engitech Private Limited, with the brand name EBRO, manufactures standard and custom-developed high-tensile fasteners and cold-forged components. Raw material, in-process and finished goods are tested, which the company calls the "Pelican seal of Quality".

The company is promoted by Pelican Rotoflex Pvt. Ltd. of Rajkot, a maker of plastic printing and converting machinery. Pelican Engitech draws on that parent's design staff, vendor network, logistics, maintenance and automation departments.

In-house processes include wire drawing and spheroidising annealing, cold forging of bolts and nuts, thread rolling, continuous mesh-belt furnace hardening, zinc plating and zinc flake coating, and secondary operations to customer drawing. The plant also has an effluent treatment plant.
