Overview

SCREEN SPE Singapore Pte. Ltd. was incorporated on 1 April 2017. Its roots go back to Dainippon Screen Singapore Pte Ltd, founded in 1979 for graphic arts equipment. That company entered the semiconductor business in 1992. Today the Singapore company deals only with semiconductor equipment and products.

The equipment is manufactured in-house in Japan by SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions Co., Ltd. The Singapore company focuses on sales and technical support, and on after-sales service for equipment sold to its dealers and customers across manufacturing industries.

A subsidiary, SCREEN SPE Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., was established in 2018 in Kulim, Kedah. It handles sales, marketing, engineering and service for East and West Malaysia. The group parent is SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd., Kyoto, Japan.
