Overview

Eurotech is a brand of plastic injection moulding machines. In India it is run by Sonal Automation Industries (SAI) with its channel partner HYT Eurotech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The machines are made and exported from Thailand and use European technology. The company states that the machine range covers 125 to 4500 tons and that more than 2809 machines have been delivered since 2001.

SAI was started in 1997 by an electronics engineer to provide service and support to the plastics industry. It now handles sales and service support for Eurotech machines in India. It also supplies auxiliary parts and PLCs for injection moulding machines and offers energy-saving servo system retrofits.

The company lists its headquarters, a warehouse and a factory in Greater Noida, and another facility in Gwalior. SAI states that it is setting up assembly lines for injection moulding machines at the Gwalior plant. Services include consulting, training, maintenance and genuine spare parts.
