Overview

SP Engineers is an India-based engineering company established in 2004. It makes and supplies special purpose machines (SPMs) and automation solutions. Its manufacturing facility is in the industrial belt of Talawade–Nigdi Road, Pune, Maharashtra.

The company works on robotic automation cells for instrument panels, bumpers and door trims. It also builds hydraulic and hydro-pneumatic punching machines, ultrasonic, heat stack, vibration and infrared hot plate welding machines, leak testing systems, bumper sensor testing machines, vision-based inspection systems and assembly line automation.

Design, controls, manufacturing and service are handled in-house, with projects taken from concept to commissioning. In-house capability covers hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, ball screws, SCADA, PLCs and electrical control panels.
