Stematic makes load-specific storage solutions at its own manufacturing facility in Chennai. It serves automotive, engineering, pharma, textiles, leather, paper, food, logistics, cold storage and aeronautical customers. Products are made from steel with a 7-tank pre-treatment process and RAL-standard powder coating.
The company works end to end. It studies the customer's needs, designs the warehouse or storage layout, manufactures the equipment, then installs and commissions it on site. It has a dedicated design unit for customisation.
Besides racking, it supplies material handling equipment such as goods lifts, manual stackers, scissor lifts, dock levellers and hand pallet trucks, plus warehouse management software.
