It supplies high-precision cleaning, wet etching, photoresist stripping and developing equipment to the flat panel display, photovoltaic and semiconductor industries, and also works on green and intelligent manufacturing solutions.

In photovoltaics, the company has developed wet-process equipment for TOPCon and PERC cells. It describes a 1 GW TOPCon line that combines chain-type single-side etching with a six-basket tank alkali polishing and RCA cleaning stage. It also works on equipment for cell grid-line metallization, including copper replacing silver, and on slot-die coating equipment for perovskite cells.

Alongside equipment, Kzone offers prototype development, installation, commissioning and training, 24-hour on-call support from multiple regional stations, and spare-parts supply.
