Overview

It specialises in CNC, NC and conventional tube and pipe bending machinery. It also makes related tube equipment: cutting, end-forming, auto-loading and quick changeover.

The machines cover cold bending of tube from 4 to 220 mm OD, wall thickness 0.4 to 10 mm, and centreline radius (CLR) from 0.6 to unlimited. Main users are the automotive and two/three/four-wheeler, furniture, heating, shipbuilding, boiler and heavy-industry sectors. Its in-house R&D team of 60 engineers develops the CNC software.

Since 1990 the company has also made machine-tool accessories, and it set up the Hannsa Precision unit for CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. After-sales support is offered through local service centres and a 24-hour service line. The group lists service in countries including India, Mexico, Poland, Thailand and Turkey.
